What did I think of the 12 Days of K-Beauty Advent Calendar?
For me, the price point of this advent calendar is a major pro. Admittedly, it’s only a 12-day calendar not a 24-day one, but for £50 the value is fantastic, as is the array of products inside.

As a beauty enthusiast who’s always on the lookout for products that help to reduce waste, I was pleased to see that the LookFantastic 12 Days Of K-Beauty Advent had done just that. However, for those wanting a beauty advent calendar in a box, this may not be the right option.
For those looking for a 24-day advent calendar, the Boots 24 Days of Luxe Beauty Advent Calendar is available for £150, and according to Boots is worth £706.99. The calendar features items from Huda Beauty, Clinique, Benefit, MAC, Rituals, and more.
Or, for those looking to spend less, Sephora has launched the Sephora Collection Advent Calendar for £59.99. The calendar contains 24 items and, according to Sephora, is worth £179.
What do shoppers say about the advent calendar?
I’m not the only one who’s been left impressed by the LookFantastic 12-day calendar. One shopper, who was impressed by the reduced packaging, said: “I like the minimalist packaging. It’s also great value.”
A second added: “Received as a gift and absolutely over the moon.” A third person raved: “It’s £50 for SO many amazing K-Beauty products – that value is absolutely insane. I even got mine for£45 with a discount code, so it was an even better deal.
“This is honestly my favourite beauty advent calendar this year. Fabulous, fabulous set and such an amazing selection of products. Well done, LookFantastic!”
While most shoppers were pleased with the purchase, there were a number of people who were dissatisfied with how the calendar had been packaged. One such shopper said: “Very disappointing packaging. Comes in a sheer bag, the boxes are all jumbled up and you have to really look to spot the numbers. A couple of boxes were partially opened.”
Meanwhile, another shopper was quick to defend the 12-day calendar, explaining: “I’m super happy with my purchase. I don’t understand the negative reviews over the packaging. It’s not like the description doesn’t tell you what you’re getting and how it’s packaged.
“Just a few of the items in here add up to 50 so it’s well worth the money and this is an honest opinion coming from someone who regularly buys skin care products. If you’re a lover of Korean skincare this is definitely something worth buying!”
Someone else said: “A fantastic 12 day calendar! So many of my top Kbeauty favourites at such a bargain. I doubt I’ll keep it to open in December! The value for money with this is bonkers.”
