While speaking on the podcast, Gia praised her younger sister, Milania Giudice, as “really amazing” for opening up about her struggles with multiple mental health disorders. Gushing about her, she said:
“We’ve been going through things, and I just want to say that I’m incredibly proud of my sister Milania.”
For those unaware, just a day ago, on October 12, 2026, Milania apologized and addressed what she has been going through since she entered treatment following the airport incident. It was previously reported that Milania was having suicidal thoughts, leading to her being out under the care of professionals who are working with her and her family.
In the raw and emotional video, Milania said that she initially wanted to wait until she looked good, but ended up changing her mind. She claimed this is because she believes she’s a true and authentic person. While apologizing to her followers for not using her platform the way she wanted to use it, she said:
“Hello, everyone. My name is Milania Giudice, for those who do not know. I was gonna wait to make this video for, like, when I look good or whatever. But honestly, that’s just not me. I’m a very raw, true, authentic person, and that’s who I’m gonna continue to be.”
The reality star explained that ever since she was a kid, she told her parents that she wanted to change the lives of people. Milania wants to do that now too by spreading awareness and sharing her story. According to her, everyone had already witnessed the worst times of her life.
Milania Giudice revealed her mental health disorders, stating that she has bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. She clarified that she is not at all ashamed of her disorders and is currently working on herself. She added:
“I am bipolar; I struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. And I am not ashamed of any of my mental health disorders because I’m currently in a treatment center. My mom’s actually on her way to come visit me today, and I do work on myself. But you know what? I am only 20 years old, and this summer hit me like a bus.”
Milania’s words about this summer being difficult for her are indeed true, considering the fact that she was arrested in May 2026 for domestic violence. Milania allegedly punched someone in her family home and was charged with one count of simple assault following the dispute. She was also forced to enroll in anger management classes.
