Rove adds JetBlue TrueBlue as a 1:1 transfer partner

Rove has been quickly adding transfer partners that are familiar to U.S. travelers, including Air Canada Aeroplan in May and Frontier Miles in July. Now, Rove has added another 1:1 transfer partner that U.S. travelers know: JetBlue TrueBlue.

JetBlue TrueBlue is Rove’s 22nd transfer partner. To celebrate, Rove is giving users a 20% bonus on eligible transfers to JetBlue TrueBlue until 11:59 p.m. EST on Nov. 14. That means that for every 10,000 Rove miles you transfer, you’ll get 12,000 TrueBlue points.

You can redeem JetBlue points for flights operated by JetBlue. These awards tend to track paid rates, but you can sometimes find JetBlue Mint awards on long-haul domestic routes for under 32,000 points each way.

Plus, JetBlue prices some economy awards under 4,000 points each way. Just keep in mind that the rates you see are usually basic rates with no free seat selection option and fees to change or cancel — you’ll need to redeem more points to get standard or flex rates.

You can also redeem JetBlue points for flights operated by JetBlue’s partners, which include Qatar Airways, United Airlines, Condor, Icelandair and Etihad Airways. For example, you can book a one-way flight on Icelandair from New York to Iceland for as little as 12,700 JetBlue points and $102 in taxes and fees.

And you could fly Qatar Airways business class one-way from Chicago to Doha for as little as 83,000 JetBlue points plus $8 in taxes and fees.

You’ll see JetBlue TrueBlue redemption options when searching for flights directly through Rove, as it displays both directly booked paid flight options and transfer partner award options for its partners in the search results.

Based on TPG’s October 2026 valuations, JetBlue points are worth 1.35 cents each. That’s similar to the value you’ll often get when redeeming Rove miles for paid flights through its travel portal, and direct bookings through Rove can earn airline points or miles. However, the 20% transfer bonus may make transferring to JetBlue more appealing, especially if you find a particularly valuable award.

Most JetBlue TrueBlue award flights can be canceled before departure without a fee, although some fare types (such as base fares) have cancellation penalties. Plus, JetBlue TrueBlue points don’t expire. So, if you transfer Rove miles to JetBlue for an award that you subsequently cancel, you can generally get your points back into your TrueBlue account and save them for another redemption.

However, Rove transfers are irreversible, so make sure you confirm award pricing and availability for the fare class you plan to book before transferring miles.

Bottom line

Adding JetBlue TrueBlue as a 1:1 transfer partner gives Rove members another way to redeem miles for flights within the U.S. and abroad. The limited-time 20% transfer bonus makes this new partnership especially appealing, but be sure to compare redemption rates and confirm award availability before transferring Rove miles.
