JAŸ-Z is on the verge of making a huge “Public Service Announcement.”
The 25-time Grammy winner and the NFL’s Super Bowl halftime show talent decision-maker reportedly picked himself to headline the 2027 Super Bowl halftime show at Inglewood, CA’s SoFi Stadium.
Although the news isn’t officially confirmed — the Hip-Hop icon hasn’t addressed the report yet — The Post speculates he may spill the beans when he headlines two gigantic gigs at SoFi Stadium (where prices have dropped to under $60 including fees) this week.
Those two shows are slated to go down on:
Friday, Oct. 23
8 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 24
8 p.m.
As for Super Bowl 61, the big game will take place on February 14, aka Valentine’s Day.
Prior to his trio of upcoming performances in Inglewood, Hov took the stage at Philadelphia’s Roots Picnic Festival, New York’s Yankee Stadium, England’s Hotspur Stadium and France’s Stade de France for a number of concerts this spring and summer.
Two of his three in the Bronx celebrated the 25th and 30th anniversaries of “The Blueprint” and “Reasonable Doubt,” respectively.
However, the last night of his Big Apple stint was the one where he made the most noise.
That “Extra Innings” show didn’t start until after midnight because of a security breach but Mr. Knowles made sure the patient crowd got their money’s worth.
Beyoncé, Rihanna, Usher, Pharrell, Fat Joe, Jermaine Dupri and more all popped in as special guests as the Brooklyn native delivered a gargantuan 45-song set that included fan favorites “Dirt Off Your Shoulder,” “Empire State of Mind,” “Drunk In Love,” “99 Problems” and, yes, “Public Service Announcement.”
“It’s been a night. We’re just enjoying the night. It’s one of those legendary nights,” the 56-year-old mused from the stage.
No word yet on which special guests he’ll bring to the stage in February…but we have a feeling there may be some repeats from this summer.
