I’m asked all too often if investing in a Dyson is worth it. I primarily test Dyson vacuums (along with all other vacuums here at WIRED), and my answer is always yes, but it’ll cost you unless you wait for a sale. Usually, you have to wait around for major sale events like Black Friday and see if there’s a Dyson model or two on sale, but luckily for you, Dyson has its own sale event happening right now.
Dyson Week is running starting today all the way through Halloween, and you can save up to $300 on different Dyson gadgets. That includes vacuums, hair tools, and even air purifiers. Here are some of my favorite deals that are live for Dyson Week.
Our Favorite Deals From Dyson Week
The Dyson V15 Detect is one of my picks in our guide to the Best Dyson Vacuums. It’s a great choice if you want a Dyson vacuum that comes with two heads (the Digital Motorbar for carpets and rugs, and Fluffy Optic for hard floors) without paying almost a grand. It’s especially a good purchase right now while the V15 Detect is not only on sale for Dyson Week, but bundled with the car cleaning kit for $600. That makes it cheaper than the regular V15 Detect that’s also on sale, but with three additional accessories: a mini soft dusting brush, a stubborn-dirt brush, and a quick-release extension hose.
The Dyson V8 Cyclone is the cheapest of Dyson’s newest line of stick vacuums, and while I’d usually advocate for just spending $100 more on the V10 Konical, this deal is hard to ignore with the car kit bundle. The original V8 was popular for a reason (my neighbor has had hers for years and confirmed the new model is an upgrade!), and with this on-sale set, you can get the new V8 with three extra attachments (a mini soft dusting brush, a stubborn-dirt brush, and a quick-release extension hose) made to clean your car.
Dyson’s popular Airwrap ID Multi-Styler comes in two sets: one for straight/wavy hair and one for curly/coily hair, each of which has a different set of attachments. The straight/wavy set is on sale for Dyson Week and comes with two hair dryer heads, two barrel heads for curling, and two brush attachments (my favorite as a wavy girl myself).
Dyson’s original Supersonic hair dryer launched in 2016; the Nural followed in 2024 and impressed our tester with its fast-drying abilities and smart functions. There are a few different models with different attachments included, and this on-sale version just includes a gentle air attachment to make it safe to hold close to your head.
If you’ve been thinking to yourself that your air purifier isn’t strong enough for your home, then you might like Dyson’s Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde. We’ve tried multiple other Dyson air purifiers, including the Humidify+Cool that’s also designed to target formaldehyde, a known carcinogen. Our testers haven’t tried the Big+Quiet yet, but it’s best for larger rooms and spaces, and is on sale for Dyson Week.
