وافق مجلس الوزراء على تعديل المادة السادسة من تنظيم الهيئة العامة للتطوير الدفاعي، وذلك بإضافة عبارة «ونائب الرئيس» إلى النص المتعلق بتشكيل مجلس إدارة الهيئة، وحذف الفقرة (1) من المادة.

ويتضمن التعديل إضافة عبارة «ونائب الرئيس» بعد عبارة «يكون للهيئة مجلس إدارة يعين رئيسه» الواردة في صدر المادة السادسة، بما يعكس التعديل المعتمد على النص التنظيمي للمادة.

تنظيم الهيئة العامة للتطوير الدفاعي

وشمل القرار حذف الفقرة (1) من المادة السادسة، التي أُضيفت بموجب البند ثانيًا من قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (467)، الصادر بتاريخ 10 رجب 1447هـ.

ويأتي التعديل في إطار تحديث تنظيم الهيئة العامة للتطوير الدفاعي، وفقًا لما نص عليه قرار مجلس الوزراء.
