Patsy Kensit has revealed that she no longer has an interest in finding love again after several ‘bad experiences’, and four high-profile failed marriages
Patsy Kensit won’t be signing up to any dating apps – as she’s completely ruled out dating. The Emmerdale actress, 58, has had a colourful love life and tied the knot four times.
But she won’t be walking down the aisle again. Patsy has previously been married to musicians Dan Donovan of Big Audio Dynamite, Simple Minds’ Jim Kerr, Oasis legend Liam Gallagher and DJ Jeremy Healy.
Instead, the star says that she has been left feeling “lost” after her previous relationships. In a new interview, the mum-of-two has reflected on her previous relationships but insists that she won’t be swiping to find her Mr Right.

Instead, she believes that it’s not worth it” when it comes to trying to find true love. One of the biggest lessons Patsy has learned – “you don’t have to marry all your boyfriends”.
Speaking to The Times, Patsy said: “I used to be a hopeless romantic. That has changed. I no longer want, feel or have any interest in matters of the heart. It’s a sad thing to say because you shouldn’t have lost that, but I’ve had too many bad experiences now. It’s just not worth it.”
Nowadays, her two sons, James, 32, and Lennon, 26, are the “loves of her life,” and she “always” misses them after they moved out of her home. During the week, Patsy stays at a hotel in Leeds, where Emmerdale is filmed, before returning to her home in London to be with her cat.
But while she was once part of the infamous Primrose Hill Set with her former husband, Liam, her life is now completely different. She said: “I’m in bed at nine. I get up very early. I have a very close circle of friends. I never go to clubs or big parties and I hate award shows. I’ve done all that. It’s for the young.”
Patsy, aged 22, tied the knot with Dan Donovan in 1998, before the couple split in 1991. Just one year later, she married Jim, who is the father of her eldest son. They divorced in 1995.
Two years later, Patsy and Liam Gallagher tied the knot at Marylebone Town Hall, before welcoming son Lennon. Their marriage ended in 2000. In 2009, she wed DJ Jeremy Healy, but their romance lasted just ten months.
Then, in 2022, Patsy became engaged to 58-year-old property tycoon Patric Cassidy with a surprise proposal at the Mayfair restaurant Scotts. Patric then wowed Patsy by popping the question again in February 2023 as he got down on one knee on a beach where he presented her with a dazzling ring.
But the romance crumbled in July that year, and the pair split. However, by December 2023, Patsy and Patric were together again and looked loved-up as they were photographed walking hand in hand around London. But the romance later ended.
She also had a secret relationship with actor Terence Stamp, but kept the news private for over three decades to avoid “hurting” anyone.
