Diljit Dosanjh is in India for his Aura India Tour 2026, which will kick off its India leg with a concert in Delhi on October 30. Ahead of the performance, the Punjabi singer and actor visited the Taj Mahal in Agra, sharing glimpses of his trip on social media.

In the video, Diljit is seen taking in the scenic beauty of the iconic monument and exploring the premises. Accompanied by a tight security detail, he also waves at people around him. For the outing, he wore a grey T-shirt paired with a red jacket and his signature white turban.

Sharing the video, Diljit wrote, “WAH TAJ BOLIYE 🇮🇳 #wondersoftheworld AURA INDIA TOUR 2026”.

Meanwhile, Diljit’s upcoming Delhi concert recently hit a roadblock after the Delhi Police initially denied permission for the October 30 event at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. In its communication to ticketing platform BookMyShow, the police cited specific threat-related inputs, security concerns and the law-and-order commitments associated with the festive season. Reports also linked the concerns to a hoax bomb threat email sent to several Delhi schools earlier this month, which reportedly mentioned the concert.

The organisers later met with Delhi Police officials and submitted a detailed plan addressing security, traffic, and crowd management, after which the situation was resolved. The police then granted permission for the concert.

BookMyShow also issued a statement clarifying that the event had not been cancelled, adding that the organisers had assured the police of full compliance with the required security and traffic measures. The concert will go ahead as scheduled on October 30.

Following his Delhi performance, Diljit will take the Aura India Tour to several other cities across the country. The next concert is scheduled for November 15 in Indore, followed by Ahmedabad on November 21. He will perform in Mumbai on November 27 and Bengaluru on November 29, before heading to Lucknow on December 5.
