Just weeks ago, Helen took to social media to talk about the “mum guilt” she feels as she continues to navigate coparenting alongside her busy showbiz career.
She wrote: “Tired Mum. Overstimulated. Sick of the arguing. No words for how much I love them. Due my period. Feel like I’ve been the Wicked Witch of the West.

The TV star revealed recently that she was hoping that her next relationship would be with the man who would go on to become her husband.
Speaking candidly on Lewis Nicholls’ Life Stories podcast, she added: “I think it will be the real thing. I will choose to protect it and I will keep that private. I will probably say who that person is, but I will want to protect it. I will want to keep it private.”
She continued: “I’ll want to keep it really special, because I kind of feel like everybody’s always got something to say. My next relationship I have I think will be my husband, because I won’t be wasting my time, really. I will want to choose to protect it, definitely.”

Speaking to The Sun, she said: “Me and Scott really loved each other, but we were always quietly breaking up and then getting back together, so it had been a long time coming.”
