يأتي ذلك ضمن مشروع الاستجابة الطارئة لتأمين مياه الشرب للنازحين في المحافظة.
وتأتي هذه الجهود الإنسانية والإغاثية المقدمة من المملكة ممثلةً بمركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة، لتعزيز مقومات الحياة وتوفير المياه الصالحة للشرب ودعم صمود السكان وتهيئة الظروف الملائمة للتعافي في اليمن.
