Just a few days back, we learned about the fabulous news regarding Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon being the Hindi dubbers for Bear and Nikki, respectively.
The iconic team of Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, and Amar Kaushik are reunited once again, but not for a sequel to Bhediya. This time, they are joining forces as they are all set to lend their voices to the Hindi version of Obsession. Kriti will voice the obsessed girl, Nikki (Inde Navarette), while Varun will voice the actual obsessive protagonist, Bear (Michael Johnston).
On October 29, a very popular scene from Obsession was uploaded on YouTube, but with a twist. Instead of the original cast, this time, we get to see Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon recreating an iconic scene from the movie.
In the scene, Bear finally builds up the courage to confront an obsessed-in-love Nikki about the lies she fed him. Nikki doesn’t take this lightly, immediately creating a scene as she stands up and screams at Bear, conjuring the famous ‘No No No’ dialogue.
Staying true to the original material, Amar Kaushik brings to life Curry Barker’s vision with a very accurate recreation of the original scene. Kriti Sanon perfectly captures Nikki’s intensity and grim reaction, while Varun Dhawan seamlessly portrays Bear’s flabbergasted response.
Obsession was theatrically released back in May. However, the theatres refrained from showing some of the more explicit and gory scenes, which held an extra layer of impact. Now, the uncut and original version of Obsession will premiere on The Peacock Hub on JioHotstar on October 30, 2026, at 7 pm. The movie will be available to watch in both Hindi and English.
