Reports suggested that Barry spent USD 6,003.61 for two sessions. Meanwhile, for Kim Kardashian, a Women’s Health report suggested that the treatment cost between USD 2000 and USD 3500, likely for a single session. In a video filmed in the clinic, Kim was seen lying down, getting the treatment done, and detailing how “before the glam” she chooses XERF. Sharing the reason for undergoing the cosmetic procedure, Kim said:
“I leave tonight for Rome, and I wanna feel snatched, so I’m here at 7Q Spa, and I’m gonna do this XERF treatment, which has proven to me to be my favorite skin tightening ever. What I love about this treatment is there’s no needles so it’s just completely tolerable.”
While Kim was speaking for the camera, a medical professional was gliding a handheld device across her cheeks, around her nose, and along her jawline and neck. For the unversed, XERF is designed to ‘lift and firm the face’ without surgery or injections. The company said it is a monopolar radiofrequency treatment that delivers thermal energy deep into the skin to tighten it from the inside out.
Kim seemed to be very satisfied with the procedure. After completing her treatment, Kim stated, “Okay, so we just finished doing our treatment, and I don’t know about you, but I think I look pretty snatched. See you in Rome.”
Like Kim, Barry Keoghan also echoed similar sentiments, saying he looked and felt better about himself after undergoing the non-surgical XERF treatments. He mentioned, “I feel better about myself. I look better. I think it’s important to look after yourself inside and outside.”

She referred to a person who made a video about her, claiming that she underwent multiple plastic surgeries, and expressed doubt whether he was even a certified professional.
“I don’t know if he’s a plastic surgeon or if he’s just a commentator, but he’s on TikTok, and he’s like, ‘All the things celebrities have done, this is the work of lasers, good injectables, and a facelift,’ about my face,” Kim quipped. She jovially stated, “And I was like, ‘No, that is a Chris Appleton facelift…I don’t know if I should be offended or it be the biggest compliment of my life that that guy always says I’ve had a facelift.”
