The New York Jets need to rebound.
After a pair of tough losses on the road — including a particularly stinging defeat to the Miami Dolphins, who were winless coming into the Week 7 contest — they return home today to take on Kirk Cousins’ Las Vegas Raiders at MetLife Stadium.
Ahead of today’s matchup, oddsmakers give Aaron Glenn’s Gang Green a 1.5-point edge against Klint Kubiak’s 3-4 club.

This slight advantage is likely due to the fact that Las Vegas has lost their last four games after starting the season undefeated.
In the Raiders’ defense, their opponents have been the Chiefs, Patriots, Bills and Rams these past few weeks, aka some of the NFL’s most competitive franchises. Therefore, today will be a true test for these evenly-matched teams, both of whom have had some rough breaks.
Keep an eye out for this one. Both Aaron Glenn and Klint Kubiak are desperate for a win as their teams struggle to stay relevant and proverbial seats get hotter.
