Hyderabad: The sleuths of Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) are conducting searches at the residence of GHMC Assistant Director N Yadagiri Rao in Suryapet in connection with a case booked against him. Simultaneous raids are also carried out at Rao’s relatives’ houses.
Those working in the municipal, police, revenue and irrigation departments were earlier caught by the ACB either in bribe cases or allegedly amassing disproportionate assets. The ACB is cracking the whip on the tainted officers based on complaints received against them.
