If reliable sources are to be believed, the makers of the much-hyped Vishvambhara are reportedly planning to shoot a song for the magnum opus soon. “They are planning to shoot a song, which will be one of the highlights of the film. However, Chiranjeevi will not be participating in it,” says a source.
Recently, a few key scenes were canned, and the shooting of the film is almost complete. “The VFX and DI work is progressing simultaneously, and the team is gearing up for a grand release next year. An exact release date will be finalised soon,” the source adds.
According to industry sources, the socio-fantasy film’s budget has reportedly crossed Rs 270 crore, with additional expenditure incurred due to reshoots and extensive VFX work. “Chiranjeevi is riding high on the success of Mana Shankara Varaprasad, and the makers are keen to bring Vishvambhara to theatres in early 2027,” the source reveals.
Interestingly, the film marks the reunion of Chiranjeevi and Trisha after nearly two decades.
