The Washington Commanders (2-4-1) host the Los Angeles Rams (4-4) this Sunday at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland, at 1:00 p.m.EDT.

The Commanders are coming off their second win of the season over a Philadelphia Eagles team that is without many of its top players due to injury. Washington started to look more like themselves by the end of the game, though, and they’ll need that type of play to continue if they want any shot at defeating the Rams. Pre-snap penalties must be eliminated, and silly mistakes cannot happen.

The Rams just got their fourth win of the season at the expense of the Los Angeles Chargers, and while the season started slow, they seem to be picking up steam. They have made the playoffs in four of the last five seasons, and if they want to do it again in 2026, they have to start winning games. They are currently favorites to win this matchup, but if the Commanders play like they did last week, it won’t be an easy win for the Rams.

If you are located in the green portion of the map, you’ll see the game on your local FOX Station.
