If you have Jacksonville Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence on your fantasy football team, Matt Okada of NFL.com says to make sure you’re starting him in Week 9.
“Lawrence only needed 10 completions to score 19.4 fantasy points last Sunday, and he has now posted 19-plus in five of seven starts,” Okada wrote. “Baltimore has been shredded by Joe Burrow and Josh Allen in back-to-back games — Lawrence should make it three straight.”
Lawrence is rolling this season as he and the offense seemingly get better every week. Through seven games, he’s completed 66% of his passes at 8.5 yards per pass attempt with 17 touchdowns to four interceptions. Lawrence is taking care of the ball, while still generating explosive plays.

As a unit, the Jaguars‘ offense ranks fifth in scoring and third in yards per pass attempt.
And, as Okada notes, the Ravens‘ defense has given up some big performances as of late. Overall, Baltimore ranks 22nd in scoring and 22nd in yards per pass attempt allowed.
Not to be overlooked either, but if the Ravens’ offense struggles with Joe Fagnano at QB, that means short possessions for Baltimore, and more scoring opportunities for Lawrence.
