Karimnagar:Union minister of state for home Bandi Sanjay Kumar has paid the SSC examination fees of 10,959 Class X students studying in government schools across the Karimnagar parliamentary constituency.
BJP leaders handed over cheques towards the examination fees to the Collectors of Karimnagar, Jagtial, Rajanna-Sircilla, Siddipet and Hanamkonda districts on Saturday.
Of the 10,959 students, 4,356 are from Karimnagar, 3,920 from Rajanna-Sircilla, 1,133 from Siddipet, 1,087 from Jagtial and 463 from Hanamkonda. A total of Rs 13.36 lakh was paid towards the fees.
