Aimee Lou Wood has some reservations about Sydney Sweeney’s controversial American Eagle jeans campaign.

The English actress took a swipe at fellow “White Lotus” star Sweeney after she shrugged off the backlash surrounding her ad during an interview with GQ published Tuesday.

“I know who I am. I know what I value. I know that I’m a kind person,” the “Euphoria” star, 28, told the outlet. “I know that I love a lot, and I know that I’m just excited to see what happens next. And so I don’t really let other people define who I am.”

“I did a jean ad. I mean, the reaction definitely was a surprise, but I love jeans,” she added regarding the controversy. “All I wear are jeans. I’m literally in jeans and a T-shirt every day of my life.”

Photographer Misan Harriman later uploaded a clip of the GQ interview to Instagram and called out the “Christy” star for failing to acknowledge the harm her “Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans” ad caused after it launched earlier this year.

“Presuming that you are not a white supremacist, at least say how horrified you were by how this campaign was amplified and celebrated by unrepentant racists who believe in eugenics,” Harriman, 47, charged.

“At least recognise the harm your jeans campaign has caused black folk, the undertone of the campaign is that your genetics are superior to others, the play on words is clear as day and racists LOVED it!” he continued.

“So, presuming you didn’t know when you shot it, you certainly do now, and it matters,” the famous photographer concluded. “This ain’t it!”

Wood, who portrayed the hopeful and free-spirited character Chelsea in Season 3 of “The White Lotus,” liked Harriman’s response. She also commented on the post with a green nauseated-face emoji.

Sweeney, who starred as the privileged and often sarcastic character Olivia in Season 1 of the hit HBO series, first caused a stir in July when she and American Eagle teamed up for the contentious denim campaign.

“Genes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair color, personality and even eye color,” the “Anyone But You” actress said in one ad. “My jeans are blue.”

Many criticized the ad for its play on words, which seemingly used “jeans” instead of “genes” when referring to the blond-haired, blue-eyed Sweeney.

However, the “Echo Valley” star revealed that she ignored the backlash surrounding the American Eagle ad campaign because she was busy working.

“I kind of just put my phone away,” she told GQ. “I was filming every day. I’m filming ‘Euphoria,‘ so I’m working 16-hour days, and I don’t really bring my phone on set, so I work and then I go home and I go to sleep. So I didn’t really see a lot of it.”

“I think that when I have an issue that I want to speak about, people will hear,” the actress added when asked if she wanted to comment on the matter.

As for Wood, this wouldn’t be the first time she has appeared to butt heads with a “White Lotus” actor.

There were previous rumors that Wood and Walton Goggins were engaged in a nasty feud. Goggins portrayed Rick in “The White Lotus,” Wood’s character’s onscreen partner.

“There is no feud,” Goggins, 53, told Variety during a joint interview with his co-star in June. “I adore, I love this woman madly, and she is so important to me.”

“There is no feud,” he added, seemingly putting the rumors to rest. “She is love and I know that I am that to her. We care about each other very deeply.”
