Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly’s replacements are yet to be confirmed, but multiple names are rumoured for the job
Strictly Come Dancing is in the middle of a huge shake-up as BBC bosses eye up their next hosts following Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman’s shock departure at the end of last year.
The dynamic duo stepped down at the end of the 2025 series, which was won by footballer Karen Carney and professional dancer Carlos Gu.
Their replacements have yet to be confirmed but multiple names are rumoured for the job including the likes of Zoe Ball, Bradley Walsh and Rylan Clark. TV bosses are reportedly considering hiring not one, two but three hosts for the first time ever.
Strictly has also seen a mass exodus of professional dancers, with four stars – Nadiya Bychkova, Michelle Tsiakkas, Luba Mushtuk and Karen Hauer – all being given their marching orders by bosses.
