Ananya Panday recently had a heartwarming experience that has gone viral on social media. During a family vlog shared by her cousin Alanna Panday and her husband Ivor McCray, Ananya was thrilled to discover her picture on a packet of fuljhadi (firecrackers). Her reaction was priceless as she exclaimed, “I’m on the fuljhadi… That’s my dream!”
The vlog, which showcases their Diwali celebrations, features a segment where Ivor surprises Ananya with the fuljhadi packet. Seated in a pink salwar suit, her eyes widened in disbelief as she realized her image was prominently displayed. She immediately inquired whether the packet was a custom creation or an actual product.
Ananya shared her excitement with her mother, Bhavna Pandey, and posed for photos with the fuljhadi packet, marking the moment as a “dream-come-true.” Her uncle humorously remarked that being featured on a fuljhadi packet signifies that she has “arrived” in her career.
Beyond this delightful moment, Ananya is currently busy with several projects. She is working on the second season of Amazon Prime Video’s Call Me Bae and has an upcoming film alongside Akshay Kumar and R Madhavan, based on the life of lawyer C. Sankaran Nair.
