Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s ex Lady Victoria Hervey left an LBC presenter gobsmacked with a comment regarding the recently released Epstein files
Lady Victoria Hervey has made a shocking claim as her ex, disgraced royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, remains embroiled in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal. The 49-year-old socialite dated the former Prince in the late 1990s. And in an interview with LBC’s Tom Swarbrick, she has opened up about the Epstein files.
However, while others shares their concerns over the files – or try to distance themselves from them – Lady Hervey nonchalantly admitted she is included in them. The files that have recently been released by the US Department of Justice relate to the convicted paedophile Epstein.
Within the files, Andrew’s name crops up an eye-watering 173 times. In two recently released images, Andrew was seen kneeling over a woman, who was fully clothed with her face redacted. One image shows Andrew with his hand on the unidentified woman’s stomach.

Now, in an astonishing comment, Lady Hervey claims that people were “losers” if they were not in the Epstein files. She told the gobsmacked presenter: “He [Epstein] knew everybody who was very powerful.
“So, like if you were on the scene and you were powerful, like to be honest… Like, if you’re not in those files, it would be an insult because it just means that you were a bit of a loser.”
Stunned, Tom then asked: “Right, so the people who aren’t in the files are losers?” Making light of the situation, Victoria laughed and replied: “Yes!”
He went on to question her inclusion in the files. She admitted: “Well, of course I am. Because it’s any journalist who wrote about it…”
Asking for clarity on her statement, the presenter said: “That’s an astonishing attitude, isn’t it? You’re the loser because you’re not in this. I find that jaw-dropping.”
Pressure is growing for Andrew to give evidence in the US over his relationship with Epstein. The former prince has continuously denied any wrongdoing. He also vehemently denied all allegations made against him.
It’s been revealed that Epstein was invited to Andrew’s intimate 50th birthday party by Sarah Ferguson shortly after his release from prison for child sex offences. The new documents reveal the ex-wife of the shamed former Duke of York sent an invitation to the paedo financier in February 2010.
The invite was sent on behalf of Sarah and Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, according to documents that have been released by US investigators. The 50th bash was due to be held at St James’s Palace. However, Epstein did not attend.
A year earlier, Epstein had been released from jail after serving time for soliciting prostitution of a minor. The documents show the invitation read: “Beatrice, Eugenie and I would love to invite you to celebrate the 50 years of Papa/Andrew. It will be on February 26th 2010, from 7.30pm for Drinks and for 8.30pm for Dinner, at St. James’s Palace, London. It will be suits and cocktail dresses, and you know me, mysterious mischief. so bring your presents. your presence and your humour!”
