Your view: Who wins?

Aussies lifting tempo

Maxwell and Renshaw are starting to lift the tempo of this chase, not with wild shots but with better placement against Zimbabwe’s spinners.

They are still behind Zimbabwe in this chase but they are still in the match after hitting 12 runs off the last over.

One thing to watch for is that it looks very hot and humid right now – both batters are covered in sweat.

Australia are 4-105 from 14 overs. They need 65 runs from 36 balls to win.

‘Six or out’: Maxwell dropped on the boundary

Maxwell swung for the fence and Myers almost caught up on the rope but he couldn’t hold the ball and it went for six.

That could have been heartbreaking, instead it has given the Aussie run-rate a big boost.

It’s game on from here.

Australia are 4-84 from 12 overs. They need 87 runs from 48 balls to win.

Maxwell, Renshaw keep going

The Aussie fan wearing the South Sydney NRL jersey (there is always one) was still feeling good enough to sing a verse of “glory to South Sydney” as the cameras came past but on the pitch, things are going slowly.

Masakadza bowled a very tight over of spin, giving up just five runs.

Australia are 4-67 from 10 overs. That means they need 103 runs from 60 balls.

It’s doable but in hot afternoon conditions, it will take some focus.

Time out for Aussies as Raza is treated

Raza was in a bad state there as his calf looked to have completely locked up.

The cheeky Maxwell held a towel over his own head in the hot, afternoon conditions and he had a laugh but I couldn’t see whether that was at Raza or some other laugh.

But Raza has a shoe off and water bottle in his hand, he has to leave the field and is.

I will stand corrected but Raza’s bright yellow and red shoes looked very similar to LeMelo Ball Puma basketball shoes but with cricket spikes attached.

Perhaps they just look similar.

Play has resumed with Graeme Cremer bowling.

Australia are 4-53 from 8.1 overs.

Tense overs as Zimbabwe skipper cramps up

Maxwell and Renshaw took nine runs off Myers’ first over but they had a swing and miss late in the over.

You can feel the tension here. Zimbabwe were 1-66 from eight overs at this stage while the Aussies are 4-51.

Now Raza has just cramped up while bowling. It’s not often you see a spinner cramp up.

Aussies can’t ‘blast’ their way to win: Hayden

Australian great Matthew Hayden has called on the Aussies to dig in for a fight as they try to rebuild their run chase.

“This is not a match where you can blast your way to the win,” Hayden said in commentary.

“You have to be prepared to win at the 19.5 over mark and plan your innings accordingly.”

Australia are 4-42 from seven overs chasing 170.

Stoinis pads up as fightback begins

Maxwell and Renshaw are now at the crease and trying to begin an Australian fightback.

While they try to rebuild this innings, the cameras captured Stoinis carrying his bats and gloves to the team bench.

He clearly will bat, despite suffering a painful left-hand injury earlier today.

Australia are 4-38, needing 132 from 84 balls to win.

WICKET: Head is bowled

Travis Head has gone in the most unlucky of ways as the ball hit the ground, then the back of his foot and rolled into the stumps.

As he heard the bails topple from the stumps, Head threw his head back in disgust.

Bradley Evans now has 2-6. He’s been enormous for Zimbabwe.

Australia are 4-29 chasing 170.

WICKET: David is out

Tim David is out for a duck after pulling the ball to a leg slip.

They set the trap and he walked into it.

Muzarabani has his second wicket and the upset is well and truly alive.

Australia are 3-25 chasing 170.

Cam Green didn’t look all that settled on this pitch and he’s gone for a duck after being caught behind.

He swung and edged the ball from Evans and the keeper took the catch.

The upset win is right here for Zimbabwe but Tim David has strode to the crease in his return from injury.
