Experts are of the opinion that the Pakistan Navy chief’s visit to Dhaka signals the re-formation of jihadi networks and will increase India’s troubles.
New Delhi: Bankrupt Bangladesh is now planning to form an alliance with the terror state Pakistan to encircle India. According to the reports, the alliance will open the way to destablize the whole of South Asia. The Bangladesh that India freed from the cruel control of Pakistan’s army is now eager to embrace the terror state again. On November 8, Pakistan Navy chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf is going to visit Dhaka.
Experts are of the opinion that the Pakistan Navy chief’s visit to Dhaka signals the re-formation of jihadi networks and will increase India’s troubles. Reports suggest that ISI will now gain influence in Bangladesh and the country will become a route for jihadis to infiltrate against India.
In a News18 report, senior journalist Manoj Gupta writes that this “alliance” is emerging not as a partnership but as a horrific conspiracy to destroy Bangladesh’s sovereignty and to fan the flames of instability along India’s eastern frontiers.
Pakistan’s Navy Chief to Visit Bangladesh
Manoj Gupta further added that just a few weeks ago, Pakistan’s Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, visited Dhaka for four days. During the visit, he held close discussions with Bangladesh’s Interim Chief Adviser, Muhammad Yunus, and the country’s top military trio — Army Chief General Waker-uz-Zaman, Navy Chief Admiral Mohammad Nazmul Hassan, and Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan.
Here are some of the key details:
- The talks between the leaders of Pakistan and Bangladesh were far from casual chatter.
- General Shamshad Mirza’s delegation included eight high-ranking officers, among them a Major General from the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
- They discussed creating a joint intelligence-sharing framework with Bangladesh.
- The most significant aspect of this plan is the proposed establishment of an ISI cell inside Pakistan’s High Commission in Dhaka.
- This cell would comprise one Brigadier, two Colonels, four Majors, and supporting personnel from the Air Force and Navy.
According to Manoj Gupta, this isn’t mere cooperation — it’s a secret pact that would grant Islamabad’s spies unprecedented access to Bangladesh’s National Security Intelligence (NSI) and the Directorate General of Forces Intelligence (DGFI).
