The White House used a clip of satirical action comedy film Tropic Thunder on its social media but this angered Ben Stiller, who played the lead character and directed the movie
Hollywood legend Ben Stiller has blasted Donald Trump after the White House used a clip of Tropic Thunder on its social media.

We never gave you permission and have no interest in being a part of your propaganda machine. War is not a movie.”

When Kesha, 39, slammed the use of her song on White House’s social media, she accused authorities of trying to “incite violence and threaten war”. In response to this, White House Director of Communications Steven Cheung said on X: “All these ‘singers’ keep falling for this. This just gives us more attention and more view counts to our videos because people want to see what they’re bitching about. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
But Kesha had said: “It’s come to my attention that The White House has used one of my songs on TikTok to incite violence and threaten war… Trying to make light of war is disgusting and inhumane.” The Die Young singer added that she absolutely does not “approve of my music being used to promote violence of any kind.”
