Britney Spears is thought to be considering a move to the UK – amid fears that her family is planning to ‘stage an intervention’ when it comes to the troubled star. The Baby One More Time hitmaker, 43, is said to be feeling under ‘huge pressure’ in her home of California – and is considering a new place to ‘call home’.
On Saturday, the star uploaded a bizarre Instagram snap in which she could be seen in a skimpy, animal-print bodysuit and a pair of black heels in the latest post, amid a long post in which she referenced ‘suffering’ and ‘darkness’.
Earlier this month, as her loved ones spoke out about her being in a downward spiral, the singer sparked fresh concern after she was spotted leaving a wine bar in the suburbs of LA clutching a full Champagne flute looking worse for wear.

She then seemed to get behind the wheel of her car and drive off, but her team insisted at the time that Britney was not drinking alcohol during the outing.
The star abruptly deleted her Instagram account last month, following a flurry of disturbing posts – and a public locking of horns with ex-husband Kevin Federline, who made some jaw-dropping accusations about the mother of his two children in recent memoir, You Thought You Knew before returning early this month.
Now, according to reports in The Sun, one of the driving forces behind a potential move across the water is Britney’s fears that her father Jamie and sons Sean Preston and Jayden James could be planning some kind of ‘intervention.
They also claim family members have said they’d like to connect the star with professional medical care to get the help she needs right now.
It comes after her controversial 13-year conservatorship, which saw the emergence of a worldwide movement ‘Free Britney’ campaign against it, finally ended in 2021.
According to The Sun, Britney has said she ‘wants to live in England’. They added, ‘Britney has been telling those around her that a foreign move or step away from LA might be nice soon.”
‘London would be her dream move. She is feeling a huge amount of pressure at the moment in the aftermath of Kevin’s book and claims. Her socials have been flooded with fans concerned for her welfare.’
Amid rumours of a potential big move, it’s believed Britney’s two sons have now made peace with their grandfather Jamie, who is also thought to be in contact with Britney’s mother Lynne and ex husband Kevin. It is claimed that the singing star is worried that they are forming some kind of alliance to try and get her help.
Britney’s appearance at an LA wine bar is similar to one witnessed weeks previously, and not far away, at high-end Mexican restaurant, Red-O in Thousand Oaks. Then, in a video shared by the Daily Mail, the star could be seen raising a glass in what looked like a toast to the entire restaurant before yet again, driving off alone.
