Celebrations broke out across the United States, as revelers took to the streets in Washington D.C., New York and Los Angeles to hail America’s military action against Iran and what President Trump said was the death of the fanatical regime’s leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

In Washington, D.C., hundreds of Iranian ex-pats mobbed the White House carrying pre-Islamic-Republic Iranian and American flags to celebrate the strikes against Khamenei’s regime.

The raucous group could be seen dancing and cheering as the Village People song “YMCA” — which has become an unofficial Trump anthem — was blasted on speakers, in video posted by independent journalist Raheem J. Kassam.

Hundreds of celebrants near Georgetown University loudly chanted “USA! USA!” Saturday night while waving American and the Lion and Sun flag, according to video posted by Koch exec Anton Vuljaj.

In New York, many flocked to Persian restaurants to cheer on Operation Epic Fury and celebrate what they hope will be a new chapter for their beloved homeland.

At Persepolis, on Second Avenue and 73rd Street in Manhattan, an Iranian film student who’d been shot during Iran’s massive 2022 protests came to dance over Khamenei’s demise.

“I was crying, and soon after, I was dancing,” Foujan Gharib, a New School student, told The Post.

Gharib said she came to the US in 2023 after the protests, and plans on continuing celebrating at events around the city tomorrow.

“Dancing. Everywhere.
I was dancing today. After 50 days of torture, and so many innocent lives being killed, more than 40,000 people, 30,000 people. So this was a relief, actually.
So, this was the first time in 50 days that I’m happy, and I danced,” she told The Post.

At Ravagh Persian Grill on Madison Avenue and 33rd Street, a sign in the window read “Women – Life – Freedom” — the slogan of the 2022 Iranian protests that broke out after 22-year-old Mahsa Amini was killed by the Islamic Republic’s morality police for allegedly violating the country’s strict Hijab rules.

Hundreds of protesters also stormed the streets of Los Angeles — which has a large Iranian expat population — to celebrate the attacks.

Revelers could be seen holding pictures of Iranian Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, President Donald Trump and American flags.

Bravo star Reza Farahan told The Post that he and his Iranian friends in Los Angeles have been rejoicing at the news all day long.

“The mood has been jubilation nothing is mixed. It’s 1000% pure joy. We’ve been begging and wanting this for years and years,” he said.

Farahan, who came to the United States on vacation with his family in 1977 and stayed indefinitely after the outbreak of the Islamic Revolution, Operation Epic Fury came as an answer to prayers he’s had for decades.

“I have been a rabid leftist Democrat for my entire life. And I owe the biggest debt of gratitude to President Trump, the U.S. military, Benjamin Netanyahu, the IDF in Israel,” he said.
