Charlotte Dawson flaunted her figure in daring red lingerie as she posted a hilarious Valentine’s Day sketch on Instagram on Friday.
The TV star, 33, had fans roaring with laughter after recording a comical ‘Instagram vs reality’ clip with her fiancé Matt Sarsfield. The mum-of-three, who has Noah, five, Jude, two, and 11-month-old Gigi, shared sultry photographs of herself posing on a bed scattered with red roses and balloons, whilst a topless Matt appeared in the background.
She then changed into her lengthy Christmas pyjamas complete with eye masks, whilst Matt cracked on with a workout.
Charlotte penned: “Insta vs reality.One thing that makes me feel so confident is having my @dawsylicioustanning tan on makes me feel amazing!!”

Last month, Charlotte disclosed that she put on 4lbs during the festive season and encouraged her followers not to feel ashamed for treating themselves and having fun over Christmas. Posting a frank video of herself in gym clothes, Charlotte told her followers: “Hello, darlings. Honest to God, well, I’ve just come on me pezza [period].”
“Oh, I felt it this morning. It was like a Bloody Mary coming out of me. It was bloody awful. But, guys, I stepped on the scales this morning. I did it because even though I’m definitely not starting till Monday, I thought I’m just goi ng to see the damage over Christmas.”
She went on to disclose: “So last time I went on the scales, I was 11st 8. So I’m 11st 12 today, which I’ll pop here, so you can see. But I think I’ve done really well. Usually over Christmas, I probably put on a stone or just under a stone on.”
“So I’ve only put four pounds on, which is not that bad, and I’m on me pezza, and I’ve had Christmas. Chuffin hell.”
She continued: “I’ve enjoyed myself and I don’t ever feel guilty for that.”
Alongside the frank video, Charlotte captioned the post: “I’ve put on 4lbs over Xmas and I’m actually buzzing because that isn’t even as much as I have done before. I’ve enjoyed myself and don’t ever feel guilty for that! And I’ve just come on my pezza.”
Meanwhile on her Instagram Story, Charlotte posted a before-and-after swimsuit photograph, revealing to her followers that between July and December 2025, she shed almost two stone.
Promoting her Belleh Blaster diet plan, she captioned the post: ‘Can really see a difference from these pics!!! Wowza so proud of myself.”
Charlotte also informed her followers that by the end of January, she hopes to drop one stone.
She told her followers: “So I am gonna set myself a target to lose 1st in six weeks. By the end of January I want to lose one stone. I feel like I’m getting there and I’m loving seeing your messages saying ‘oh my god I can really see a difference’, ‘you’re smashing it, you’ve done so well.”
“I’m actually back in my size 14 like clobber which is fabulous. So y Yeah, I’m setting myself a task to lose a stone in six weeks, I reckon I can do it.”
