Andy Dick is refusing to go to rehab after suffering an apparent overdose on the streets of Hollywood.

“Any plans on going into rehab?” a TMZ reporter asked Dick, 59, during a bizarre interview inside the comedian’s Los Angeles home on Wednesday.

 “F–k no,” Dick bluntly responded.

“No, I’m not going to be in rehab,” he added.

The reporter also asked Dick if he thinks he’s “in a good place right now,” to which Dick replied, “Love it. I’m surrounded by my two friends … it’ll be hard for me to escape from them. But I will escape.”

Earlier in the clip, Dick reiterated that he does not want to seek professional help.

“When you say professional, should call Dr. Drew again?” he asked the reporter. “Do I need help? Do we all need help? Do you need help?”

The “Dancing With the Stars” alum also claimed that he’s “100 percent fine,” before changing his response to “110 percent fine,” as he insisted that the incident was not his two friends’ “fault.”

“There was a guy that was my age and I felt for him,” Dick explained. “He has kids and he was depressed and he was on the sidewalk and I’m like, ‘I’ll sit with you.’ And then he whipped out crack, and I’m like, ‘I might need a little bit of that.’”

“I don’t mind doing a little crack every now and then,” Dick added.

On Tuesday, Dick was seen unconsciously slumped over on a staircase of a building in Los Angeles, according to TMZ footage.

Several people tried to help Dick including by calling the ambulance and giving him a dose of Narcan, a life-saving opioid overdose treatment.

Eyewitness Shawn Harrell told The Post that Dick turned “blue” during the apparent overdose.

“I thought he’d passed away. They started spraying Narcan and tapping him on the chest. They were trying to keep him awake because he was non-responsive. They used more than one Narcan,” the local security guard claimed.

The whole incident lasted about 10 minutes and Dick didn’t go to the hospital, Harrell said.

Dick has publicly struggled with addiction and faced serious legal trouble over the years.

Just last month, the “Andy Dick Show” star was spotted on Hollywood Boulevard, sitting on the ground, sipping from a cup and slurring his words.

He was previously convicted of sexual battery in November 2022 for grabbing an Uber driver’s crotch back in April 2018. He was sentenced to 90 days in prison and ordered to register as a sex offender.

Less than two months later, he was arrested for public intoxication and failure to register as a sex offender.
