Australian cricket great David Warner has been charged with drink-driving after failing a random breath test in Maroubra on Sunday night.
Police allegedly saw a van stop short of the testing site and park, and discovered Warner, 39, behind the wheel. The former international cricketer was breath tested at the site and returned a positive result.
He was arrested and taken to Maroubra police station, where a second test allegedly returned a result of 0.104.
Warner will face court next month.
