Danny Cipriani’s furious ex-wife Victoria Rose lashed out at her ex as she issued an angry statement after bailiffs ‘banged on her door’ and clamped her car.
The 38 year old rugby star’s ex-wife, who split from him in 2023 after two years of marriage, shared a scathing statement on her Instagram page in which she claimed she’s been forced to pay his debt in order to get her car back. Victoria fumed that Danny, who is currently in LA with his 90210 on-off girlfriend AnnaLynne McCord, is “untouchable” as he’s not in the country. She also warned that she will be taking matters into her own hands and starting legal proceedings against her ex.
In the angry statement, Victoria said lashed out at her ex Danny as she said: “This morning I woke up to bailiffs banging on my door and my car clamped. My car.” Victoria continued: “Because the system decided that a debt racked up by my ex, after we’d already separated, in his name, his responsibility, gets to magically teleport across the Atlantic and land on me in the UK while he ghosts every letter, email and demand sent his way.”

“I had to pay his debt today just to get my car unclamped and back in my driveway. Not my bill. Not my problem, except it became my problem because he’s untouchable in LA.” Victoria then fumed: “Meanwhile, Danny’s over there in the States, blissfully ‘connecting with his inner child’, chatting mystical dragons with his girlfriend, posting about soul growth and manifesting miracles. How touching. Shame the actual, physical world [of] bills don’t manifest the same level of enlightenment, they just keep boomeranging back here for someone else to sort out.”
Danny’s angry ex-wife then warned: “Receipts are kept, proof is solid, and today the emails start flying, including straight to the embassy. Because the same man currently trying to charm his way into US residency can’t even handle basic adult responsibilities in the country he left behind.” Addressing Danny directly, she said: “If you can’t face your debts here, you don’t deserve the privilege of pretending to be squeaky clean somewhere else. Take responsibility for your own actions, Daniel. This is your public warning! I’m initiating proceeding for your DEBT!!!!”
Earlier this month, Victoria flogged Danny’s England rugby shirts online as well as designer items from her ex, after revealing Danny wasn’t interested in collecting them from her home, despite her attempts to reunite him with his items. . She said: “For months, actually, years, I’ve been paying for storage, holding onto boxes of Danny’s career, memorabilia, kits, medals, and personal items.
“Not because I wanted to. But because I genuinely believed, at some point, he’d want to collect them. That he’d care enough to take responsibility for his own history. He didn’t.” She added “In our most recent court appearance, he was once again offered the chance to collect it all. No obstacles. No drama. Just take what’s his. And he declined.”
Last year, Victoria claimed that she had no idea why Danny walked out of their marriage as there’d been “no row” or no sightings of “red flags”. She said: “We were sat on the sofa watching telly and he stood up and said: ‘If I go now, can I come back?'” She went on to claim: “Danny took a lot of drugs and had mental health issues, so I tried to just go along with him. I just said ‘OK’ and he left.”
