According to a report by News18, the singer is Ashley Leechin, who is widely known as the doppelganger of the global pop icon. 

For those who do not know, Ashley Leechin has built a huge fanbase due to her resemblance with Taylor Swift. She often dresses up in outfits similar to those worn by the Opalite singer, which eventually grabs attention online. In the now viral clip, Ashley was seen in a look, which was similar to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour outfit. Her look and hairstyle made viewers believe that Taylor Swift had secretly performed in Gujarat.
