Speculation was rife that Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya had been expecting their first child after 10 years of marital bliss. Vivek and Divyanka got married in 2016, and since then, they have proved to be one of the most loved couples in the Television world. After the speculations about Divyanka’s pregnancy, the actress herself confirmed the same. And now, taking to her social media handle, Divyanka announced her pregnancy news and dropped some adorable photos from her maternity shoot, which are all things adorable.

Taking to her social media handle, Divyanka Tripathi shared some photos on social media while announcing her pregnancy. In the photos, the parents-to-be, Vivek and Divyanka, twinned in white-toned outfits. Divyanka looked gorgeous in a white-toned shirt, and her pregnancy glow and baby bump were simply unmissable.

Vivek, in a photo, was seen holding a tiny pair of shoes, hinting that a little member is going to join them soon. Divyanka penned an emotional caption as she revealed the good news. The gorgeous actress shared that it’s a plot twist that came after 10 years of being together. Divyanka mentioned that some journeys aren’t about rushing but being ready together, and when they feel that their story is completed, life throws the most beautiful chapter ahead. Divyanka penned that they are still soaking in the joy. The adorable caption could be read as:

Divyanka Tripathi revealed her due date

Divyanka Tripathi sat for an interview with Vickey Lalwani, wherein she first confirmed the news. She shared that the baby is due in June 2026 and the delivery will be in Mumbai. The actress shared that she and Vivek felt that they were ready, and they tried, and it happened. The actress first broke the news to her husband, and they informed their parents almost immediately.

The actress also revealed that she kept her pregnancy under wraps for six months, and she could do the same because she hardly steps out, which did the trick of keeping the pregnancy news under wraps. However, Vivek was currently at an event wherein he was asked about Divyanka not being in the spotlight much, and that’s what spread the rumours. The actress also mentioned that she and her husband have no preference about having a girl or a boy.

Vivek and Divyanka met each other on the set of the famous serial, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. Divyanka was going through a heartbreak as she broke up with actor Sharad Malhotra in 2015. The couple met on the sets of the TV series, and initially didn’t connect. When Vivek and Divyanka met, they were both looking for a serious relationship back then, and as they started connecting with each other, their shared values brought them close. In July 2016, they got married, and in July 2026, they will welcome their little one, which will complete their family. It was last year when the couple’s relationship hit the headlines, with some clickbait clips claiming they faced marital life issues and their bond started to collapse. However, Vivek soon dismissed the buzz, saying:

“We are enjoying it. Divyanka and I were laughing at it. We were having icecream and we thought ‘Aur lamba hoga toh popcorn bhi mangwa lenge’.”
