The Eagles will be down a pass catcher against the Giants.

Star wide receiver A.J. Brown will miss Sunday’s game in Philadelphia with a hamstring injury, the team announced Friday.

Brown, 28, had yet to miss a game all season but popped up on the injury report earlier this week.

The injury is a major blow to an Eagles offense that has struggled at times this season.

Through seven games, Philadelphia is averaging just 286.9 total yards per game, which comes in as the seventh-fewest in the league.

Brown himself is having a down year, averaging just 56.4 passing yards per game, which is the fewest of his seven-year NFL career.

Earlier this season, Brown appeared frustrated with the Eagles’ offense, making a cryptic post on social media amid his slow start.

Despite rumblings of a possible trade, the three-time Pro Bowler, who signed a three-year, $96 million extension last year, shot down the idea of being dealt away, saying that he “absolutely” wants to remain in Philadelphia.

“This is my home, you know? I did it to myself. But this is my home, man. I love it here,” Brown said. “But you just see frustration because obviously we want to be great and most definitely I want to be great, as well.”

Despite supposed friction in the locker room, the Eagles are still 5-2 and leading the NFC East entering Week 8.

In their last matchup with Big Blue, the Eagles were upset by the Giants at MetLife Stadium on “Thursday Night Football” two weeks ago, falling 34-17 thanks to breakout games from Jaxson Dart and Cam Skattebo.
