Overall, historical sale prices in Old Windsor during the last year dropped 6% compared to the previous year, but increased 4% above the 2021 peak of £603,767.
In a recent chat with Variety, it was disclosed that Elton John divides his time between his residences in the UK and Los Angeles, where he resides with his husband, David Furnish, and their two sons, Zachary, 15, and Elijah, 13.
However, the 78-year-old music icon revealed last year that he’s had a “challenging” spell since losing vision in his right eye in the summer of 2024.
