Katie Price has ignored concerns from family, friends and fans about her whirlwind romance with her husband Lee Andrews – and has been pictured catching a flight to Dubai to be reunited with him.
The glamour model, 47 – who has received increasing concern over her frail appearance lately – was seen in a grey two piece tracksuit pushing along two bright pink suitcases as she headed to check-in at the Emirates desk at Gatwick Airport’s North Terminal last night. Katie has spent days glamming herself up ahead of the romantic reunion with her controversial beau, Lee, who has received huge attention after his outlandish online claims about his ‘career’ were proven untrue, ex-girlfriends spoke out urging Katie to “run for the hills” and the Mirror exclusively revealed last week that he spent weeks in a Dubai prison begging for cash shortly before meeting Katie.
The formerly bankrupt star’s nuptials with Lee, who is yet to meet any of her friends and family in UK, have not received approval from her family either – with her sister Sophie making her feelings clear in cryptic social media posts and her family reportedly staging an ‘intervention’ over the whirlwind wedding.
Despite this, Katie clearly remains determined that Lee is the one as a source has said: “Everyone has tried to get through to her. They’re worried sick. But Katie’s made up her mind — and she’s gone.”
