Former TOWIE star Gemma Collins has a big year ahead of her, with wedding and baby plans, she’s decided to focus on her health first and is now selling her wardrobe on Vinted
Gemma Collins is selling her old clothes for as little as £10 on re-selling site Vinted, after losing an incredible 3st and dropping three dress sizes from taking Mounjaro. The TOWIE legend, 44, has long struggled with her weight, having resorting to having a hypno-gastric band – a form of hypnotism used to reduce appetite.
After changing her lifestyle and going from a size 26 to size 20, she has decided to make a bit of extra cash as she plans on getting a new slimmer wardrobe. Sharing some photos of the items up for sale on her Instagram Story, she wrote: “Have you seen my Vinted!”
Selling under the username @gcwardrobe1, Gemma has listed over a hundred items, with many of them either worn by her or still new with tags. The items include clothing from Tesco’s F&F range and Asda’s George, as well as a number of high street pieces from the like of River Island and H&M.
Gemma has always been open about her weight, since she rose to fame as a reality TV star in 2011. Since her weight loss, she has been proudly showing off her new slim physique on social media.

Back at the start of the year, she shared a snaps of herself on Instagram, posing in a cream and bronze swimsuit, adorned with gold starfish. She wrote: “Januarys VIBE R and R and lots of water !!! @jumeirahcarltontower GCx My favourite hotel always to stay for a London VACAY ! X Manifesting a swim wear range for 2026 ! X.”
After beginning her weight loss journey, she was left with agonising health concerns that lead her to take a break for a while. In August last year, she had a gallbladder attack, with the star deciding she would try microdosing Mounjaro instead of titrating up the doses.
She told the Mirror at the time: “I had to stop the jabs for a bit because I had a gallbladder attack in August, but they’ve assured me that it’s not actually linked to Mounjaro.
“I’ve given it a rest and I’ve really been managing what I’ve been eating. But I think I’m going to start microdosing because I feel with the microdosing, you don’t get all the [side] effects.”
Although she had followed the guidance to slowly increase her doses, starting at 2.5mg, to the maximum 15mg a week, she had decided to stick to the lowest dose. She claimed the “life-changing” drug had helped her health.
Gemma added: “I’ve lost about 3½st and kept it off. I just feel good. I’m never going to look stick thin. I don’t want to look stick thin. It’s not who I am. But it’s about being healthier. So it’s all going in the right direction.”
She aims to lose 6st in total, but she isn’t in a rush to drop weight dramatically. It comes after Gemma told fans she was having her “last glass of champagne” while ringing in the new year last week as she revealed her life-changing plans for 2026.
Alongside a selection of snaps, the star, who is engaged to Rami Hawash, told her followers she would be getting married – and having a baby, writing: “The most fantastic NYE with our faves. It was the final drink of champagne as I have a wedding to plan !!
“Yes, I’m getting married this year and YES I’m having a baby.”
