Hilton’s luxury Conrad Corfu is expected to open in Greece in May of next year, welcoming guests to more than 650 feet of beach on the island’s southern coast.

The property will open during the second quarter of 2026, the hotel shared with TPG, and will feature 136 rooms, suites and villas. Each of the rooms is spacious — ranging from about 376 square feet to the more than 3,000-square-foot flagship four-bedroom villa — and offers either a private heated pool, a Jacuzzi or access to the Aqua Piazza, an expansive lagoon meant for gathering.

The hotel has been designed to complement the backdrop of the sea with natural limestone floors, a Palladiana-style marble walkway and a glass-roofed atrium to introduce “daylight and a sense of Corfu’s open squares.” Rooms feature natural materials like terra-cotta and stone, plus earthy green textiles and warm, muted tones.

“With Conrad Corfu, we are thrilled to be collaborating once again with Hilton, while we continue our approach of building strong concepts around each place and its people,” Spyros Kouris, managing director and partner at Numo Hotels & Resorts, which will manage the hotel, said in a statement shared with TPG.
Kouris added that the property will be “an alliance of Greek creatives and partners to shape a unique resort that honours its majestic setting.”

Guests can take in views of the sea from the heated outdoor pool or relax in the heated indoor pool.
The sense of place continues thanks to the property’s curation of contemporary work from Greek artists; it’s also felt in the hotel’s three different restaurants, including a fine dining concept from chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, who is linked to Athens’ Michelin-starred CTC Urban Gastronomy. Additionally, the Conrad Corfu will feature a specialty beachfront restaurant and an all-day restaurant influenced by Corfiot tradition, plus a beachfront cocktail bar and an indoor lounge.

In the property’s spa, which features travertine, handmade tilework and linen drapery, rituals will be inspired by local botanicals. Wellness programming also extends to the outdoors, including with yoga.
Kids are not forgotten at the property thanks to a kids club complete with a treehouse-style micro-village, along with an open-air cinema that offers fun for all ages.

Beyond the property, the hotel will offer small-group walks and culinary workshops to connect guests with the island’s town life. It sits about an hour away from the island’s UNESCO-listed Old Town and is one of two Hilton Honors properties on the island (the other being the Nido — Mar-Bella Collection, an SLH Hotel).
