News, a representative for Kevin said at that time that the former couple was keeping co-parenting the kids as their top priority while sharing a “close and caring relationship.”

After the divorce was finalized in 2017, Kevin and Jane were granted joint legal custody of their children. A nesting arrangement was also made, which stated that the kids would stay at the family’s house in Los Angeles, and McKidd and Parker will also reside with them by taking turns. Furthermore, Kevin was told to pay child support and spousal support alongside the expenses of school and summer camp.
