“I’m in the office four to five times a week from 9 to 5, that’s a considerable amount of my life,” shares Awan. “If I look my best, I feel good. I work in an environment where I never know who I’m going to meet. And every encounter is an opportunity for a great first impression.”
Awan gravitates towards tailoring—suits, blazers, structured separates—but never lets it veer into stiff territory. “I have a very traditional style in the sense that I wear a lot of suits,” she says. “I’ll wear denim-on-denim looks too. But every now and then, I’ll add a touch of whimsy, whether that’s through accessories or an interesting silhouette.” Think clean lines, but with a pop of colour or something unexpected.
