Rosie Osborne has fast become one of Dubai’s most trusted names in skincare, and with good reason. As a celebrity facialist at Valiant Clinic in City Walk, her treatment room has quietly become the destination for anyone seeking visible transformation with a refined, bespoke touch.
In a beauty landscape often crowded with quick fixes and fleeting trends, Osborne’s approach is grounded in trust, discretion, and results that don’t just show up on the surface, but continue to evolve long after clients leave her chair.
Her signature Rosie Glow isn’t just a treatment, it’s a testament to her philosophy: intuitive yet highly technical, blending sculpting, lymphatic drainage, clinical technologies, and personalized care. Whether prepping a client for a red-carpet moment or reviving stressed, travel-worn skin, Rosie’s work is defined by a lifted, radiant finish that has earned her a loyal, and high-profile, following.
In this conversation, she shares what sets her method apart, how she stays rooted in science over sensation, and what every woman should understand about nurturing skin that thrives.
You’re widely regarded as one of the industry’s most trusted celebrity facialists. What do you think has contributed to that level of confidence and loyalty from your clients?
I think it comes down to trust and results. My clients know that when they come to me, they’re getting a tailored treatment because I study their skin from the first session we meet, throughout their journey, and I adjust every protocol accordingly. There’s also an element of discretion, facials are intimate and people can share a lot when they’re in my hands and that builds loyalty just as much as the glow does.
Your approach to skin is often described as intuitive yet highly technical. How would you define your philosophy as a facialist, and what makes it different from traditional skincare treatments?
My philosophy is rooted in reading the skin in real time, responding to what it needs in that exact moment, not what a treatment menu says it should need. I blend medical grade technologies with hands on touch. While traditional treatments can feel linear or machine led, my approach combines technology, massage, and clinical grade formulations so the skin responds instantly and continues improving long after the treatment ends.
For readers who may be new to your work, what exactly is The Rosie Glow, and what can someone expect to feel and see immediately after the treatment?
The Rosie Glow was created when I was working in Harrods. Clients would walk out of my treatment room and people kept commenting on how amazing their skin looked. They started coming back asking specifically for “that Rosie glow.” What began as a blend of experienced techniques, naturally evolved into my signature treatment. The results were so consistent, the name stuck and The Rosie Glow became my trade mark, defining result I’m known for today.
You’ve developed a signature technique that blends sculpting, lymphatic drainage, and contouring movements. What inspired this method, and how did you refine it into the treatment you’re known for today?
It grew from working with so many different faces, structures and skin conditions over the years. I realised most clients weren’t just looking for clear skin, they wanted lift, definition, and that “snatched” look. I had access to an incredible range of technologies and products, and I started experimenting with how to blend them to create maximum results with zero downtime. That’s how the method evolved into the signature treatment I’m known for today.
Celebrities often have access to the best in beauty, yet they return to you repeatedly. What is the “secret sauce” behind your results that keeps high-profile clients coming back?
I think what keeps high profile clients coming back is a combination of trust, discretion attention. Celebrities need to know that their skin and their privacy is in safe hands. Every treatment is tailored to their unique needs, delivering visible results while keeping downtime to an absolute minimum and trust that the treatment room is a private sanctuary.
From pre-red-carpet prep to post-travel recovery, your facials seem to deliver instant visible transformation. Which skin concerns do you love treating most, and why?
I love treating fatigued, travel worn and stressed skin because the change is dramatic and almost immediate. I also love working on laxity around the eyes and areas where subtle sculpting and stimulation make such a difference. Anything that restores, lifts and brings back definition is deeply rewarding.
The skincare industry is saturated with trends. How do you stay grounded in your technique while evolving with new technologies, tools, and ingredients?
I follow the science, not the trend. Before I bring anything into my treatment room, it has to be proven: clinical evidence and safety are my priority. My foundational technique never changes, it’s the core of my work, but I constantly refine it with new devices and formulations that genuinely achieve results. Innovation matters, but I never compromise on what truly works for the skin.
You’re known for the ‘lifted, snatched, radiant’ finish. What are the core steps or touchpoints in your treatment that make this outcome possible?
This comes from a results driven approach built on my three fundamental steps: exfoliate, hydrate, and stimulate. Exfoliation clears the skin and preps it for active ingredients, hydration plumps and nourishes, and stimulation through sculpting, lymphatic drainage or targeted technologies. Combining these steps ensures every treatment delivers visible results.
For someone booking The Rosie Glow for the first time, how should they prep and what should they avoid, to get the best results?
Avoid heavy exfoliation or retinol for 48-72 hours before the treatment. Stay hydrated, keep alcohol to a minimum and arrive with clean skin if possible. And most importantly, come without expectations of a rigid protocol because the treatment is entirely customised.
You see all kinds of skin behind the scenes. What do you wish more women understood about their skin, their routines, or how they approach professional treatments?
I wish more women understood that skin thrives on consistency not complication. Your skin doesn’t need ten different steps, it needs the right ones, used correctly. And professional treatments shouldn’t be seen as a luxury, because doing something to make you look and feel your best, will always have a positive impact on you physically and mentally.
The beauty space is increasingly focused on long-term skin health rather than quick fixes. How does your practice support this shift toward sustainable, results-driven skincare?
Everything I do is designed for long term skin health. The technologies I use stimulate the natural collagen process, rather than forcing the skin into stress and confusion. Clients can try the trends and spend money on the next hype, but it always comes back to what truly works and what delivers lasting results.
