Coleen Rooney teamed up with Applied Nutrition to throw a party with a difference in Cheshire
Coleen Rooney threw a pilates party for her family and friends as she launched a new product in her growing health range. Guests heading to Colshaw Hall in Cheshire included WAGS like Lisa Carrick, wife of Manchester United manager Michael, Annie Kilner the pregnant wife of Kyle Walker, Tanya Bardsley, Georgina Cleverly and Haylee Fletcher.
Those attending the event on Wednesday swapped champagne for protein drinks and the day began with a pilates class led by Lucy Bruce from L.B Pilates, before an expert talk from nutritional therapist Faye Thompson from Lift Nutrition.
Former I’m A Celebrity contestant Coleen, 39, could be seen leading the way on a yoga mat as she took part in the pilates and appeared to have a strong core in the photos taken.
Coleen, wife of former England footballer Wayne, then ended the event with a healthy lunch at Colshaw Hall, with nutritional dishes specially selected by the Applied Nutrition team. Guests posted photos of fresh fruit and salad on social media.
Coleen has been working with Applied Nutrition now for several years and using there products for a long time, crediting them with helping her feeling and looking good.
The event was to launch a new product and Coleen said: afterwards “Launching my new Debloat Capsules with Applied Nutrition has been really exciting because it’s built around the simple, realistic wellness habits I try to stick to every day.
“We all have days where we want to feel lighter, more comfortable and more like ourselves, and for me gut health is a key part of that. I wanted a product that’s easy to take, made with quality ingredients, and fits into busy routines.
