Jack Osbourne and his wife, Aree Gearheat made the most of their weekend as they headed out for some family time, four weeks after they welcomed their daughter

Jack Osbourne has showcased his weight loss four weeks after becoming a dad again. The reality star and son of Sharon and the late Ozzy Osbourne, and Aree, welcomed their daughter Ozzy Matilda just four weeks ago.

The couple were joined by their eldest daughter, Maple Artemis, as they headed out around Studio City, California, on Sunday afternoon. Jack, 40, showed off his toned frame as he took on the job of carrying multiple shopping bags and what appeared to be an iced coffee during their outing.

And Jack also made his feelings for his wife, Aree, very clear with a tight-fitting slogan t-shirt reading: “I love my wife,” while a faint line of text read: “I love it when my wife lets me go to…”

Jack completed his look with a pair of straight-leg blue jeans, black trainers, a black cap, and sunglasses to protect his eyes from the scorching Californian sunshine. Meanwhile, just four weeks after giving birth, Aree looked sensational in a blue-and-white striped t-shirt, also opting for jeans for their casual outing.

As well as their newborn daughter Ozzy Matilda, they were also joined by their eldest child, Maple Artemis, three, as they exited a farmer’s market. Jack and Aree announced their pregnancy in December, just weeks after he left the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle, several months after the death of his dad, Ozzy.

Jack later explained that Aree’s pregnancy was a “healthy distraction” during his grieving process. He also revealed that before the Black Sabbath legend died, he was able to tell his late father that he would become a grandad again. Jack said: “It’s awesome. I think it’s been partly a healthy distraction, partly healing — probably in that kind of full cycle’ category, in a way.

Ozzy tragically died in July last year, aged 76, after suffering from a heart attack after several years of health issues. During Jack’s time in the jungle, when he emotionally opened up about Ozzy, he also shared an insight into his weight loss in the camp.

When asked by a fan what he would smuggle into the jungle, he explained he’d choose a comfortable chair due to the weight loss. Celebs in the camp were often forced onto a diet of rice and beans if they didn’t win a large number of stars during the grim Bushtucker Trials.

“I think I would probably sneak in a really comfy camping chair,” Jack said. He added: “Although it would be next to impossible to sneak in because the logs are so uncomfortable, and as we’re all losing weight, we have no a**. And so we all just have bruised, chafed a**** from sitting on the logs.”

Jack also disclosed that his “stomach muscles hurt” due to the lack of food in the camp. Jack completely overhauled his life in his 20s, after turning his back on drink and drugs. He lost around 23kg at a Muay Thai martial arts camp in Thailand and documented his overall 70-pound weight loss on his TV show, Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie.
