Dan Osborne and Jacqueline Jossa have faced a turbulent time across their marriage, but it has now been reported the pair have ended their marriage after nine years, reports claim
Jacqueline Jossa and her husband Dan Osborne have ended their nine year marriage after ‘secretly living apart’ for several months.
The EastEnders actress, 33, is reported to have called time on her turbulent 13 year-long relationship with former The Only Way Is Essex star Dan, 34.
Dan is said to have moved out of the family home last month and has been living in the Essex pad he bought in secret in 2024. After years of highs and terrible lows for the two, Lauren Branning actress Jacqueline is said to have “finally had enough” and “mentally checked out” of their romance leaving former love rat Dan “panicked and shaken.”

“He’s worried the grass isn’t greener and has had the shock of his life that he’s pushed Jac too far this time,” a source has claimed to The Sun. The couple’s reported split isn’t the first time there has been reports of difficulties in Jac and Dan’s marriage, which saw them exchange vows in 2017 after dating for four years. Gabby Allen cheat claims
In 2018, photos surfaced of Dan looking cosy alongside Gabby Allen while on a yacht. A week later, it was reported Dan and Jac decided to ‘take a break in the relationship’ after a series of rows.
At the time, Jacqueline was eight months pregnant with the couple’s second child. Dan later denied getting cosy with Gabby in an Instagram comment which read: “Cosy with another woman. I am speaking and laughing with a friend.
“But of course a man and and a woman can’t be friends in this day and age can they.” He added: “Also you don’t know me, don’t know how I act.” While Gabby also denied anything romantic happened between the pair.
After Gabby was accused of sleeping with Dan by her ex Marcel Somerville, she hit back and later said: “I’m NEVER going to sleep with a married man. Ever. I’ve seen it happen to my friends, to family, I’ve been cheated on so badly before. It is not worth it.”
Dan and Jacqueline later reconciled as they welcomed their second daughter, Mia, together. Later that year, Gabby and Dan both appeared in the Celebrity Big Brother house, in which Gabby discussed the drama.
She said: “That was the most annoying thing about it because we got on really well as mates, so basically my ex-boyfriend said that something had happened.” Gabby added: “That’s basically what it all comes down to. We couldn’t even be friends after that. But that was it.”
Jacqueline, meanwhile, later admitted it was tough watching the pair on the reality show as she said: “I know they’re just friends but it wasn’t nice for me to watch because I knew what everyone would be saying about their relationship.” After Dan’s stint on CBB, Dan vowed to change his ways. Alexandra Cane ‘kiss’
In 2019, it was reported that Dan ‘snogged’ Love Island star Alexandra Cane during a night out in Manchester. Dan is said to have ‘made a move’ on Alexandra in the middle of a bar called Neighbourhood in the city.
It was claimed that during a night out at the bar, Dan made a ‘bee-line’ for Alexandra before ‘grabbing her and kissing her’. Dan denied the claims, insisting he and Alexandra only danced together.
In a video posted on his Instagram story, Dan told followers: “Hey guys, a lot of you might have seen a story that’s going around today. It’s a load of rubbish. Yes, I was out in Manchester having a laugh, yes I was having a drink, yes I was having a little dance with friends but no I did not kiss absolutely anyone.”
He added: “Things just get sold and you can’t do anything about it sometimes, even though we’ve both denied it, it’s out there and there’s nothing I can do. So I can tell you is it is not true, didn’t kiss anyone and have a lovely day.” However, an ’embarrassed’ Jacqueline reportedly kicked Dan out after the reports surfaced. However, the couple later reconciled before her stint in the I’m A Celeb jungle.
I’m A Celeb heartache
At the end of 2019, Jacqueline jetted to Australia to take part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! which she later won.
However, during her time in the jungle, she was faced again with woes surrounding her marriage, reports claimed – despite being halfway across the world from her husband. Jacqueline was in the jungle alongside Rak-Su star Myles Stephenson, who reportedly told her Dan cheated on her with Gabby – who was Myles’ ex.
Jacqueline reportedly threatened to quit the jungle and was allowed to leave Dan a voicemail about the claims, it was reported at the time. Dan later jetted to Australia to reunite with his wife, who went on to be crowned the Queen of the Jungle.
Speaking upon her exit from the jungle, Jacqueline said: “It was not what I expected, it was a lot harder than I expected. But, also I didn’t think it was going to be such a turning point in my life.” She added: “I went in as one person and I feel like I’ve come out as a different person. I feel like I’ve grown in confidence and found who I am as a person a little bit more.”
She was reunited with Dan at the bridge and the pair appeared to be a picture of happiness.
Natalie Nunn and Chlo
Sadly, just days before Jacqueline was due to leave the jungle, Chloe Ayling spoke out to claim she had a threesome with Dan and Natalie Nunn, after meeting on Celebrity Big Brother in 2018.
The threesome is said to have taken place in a hotel after the trio partied in central London, in September 2018 when Natalie and Chloe were pictured kissing on the street. Chloe claimed to The Sun at the time: “Dan cheated on Jacqueline with me and Natalie. We’d all had a lot to drink and a threesome happened.
“He had full sex with Natalie in in front of me in the bathroom, and then kissed and performed a sex act on me.” Chloe claimed she regretted the reported romp ever since.
Around three weeks later, Natalie also spoke out in which she backed up Chloe’s claims saying: “Chloe’s story was true. I was drunk and it was a huge mistake but it happened.” Natalie claimed that once the story broke, Dan messaged her begging her to deny the claims. Dan’s team issued a denial.
Grovelling apology
Shortly after the claims from Chloe and Natalie surfaced, Dan issued a grovelling public apology. It read: “I want to publicly say I know I have made mistakes. I’ve made some that have almost cost me my family.
“I have seriously learned from these massively, so I want to publicly apologise to my beautiful wife and my family for the mistakes I’ve made.”
Later in 2020, Dan admitted to cheating on Jacqueline. after the lockdown saw Jacqueline move out of the family home. However, in the honest interview, he said: “I know in the past I’ve denied things when they’re not true, then when something has been true, I probably just kept my mouth shut. I was a different person.
“It seems a cliché to say, but I was a young lad and on TV and stuff. I’m not saying you get big headed, but you get dug out for things anyway and then you’re feeling s**t in yourself,” he told The Sun.
“And then you get a bit of attention… then things are bad at home, so you go out and get p****d instead of working on fixing things.” Dan also added that Jacqueline’s jungle stint, which saw the pair separated for three weeks, made him realise how much he missed her.
‘Secret’ property purchase
Last year, it was reported Dan secretly bought a house without Jacqueline’s knowledge in 2024. The EastEnders actress was reportedly left feeling ‘betrayed’.
A source at the time claimed to Mail Online: “Dan bought a house last year without telling Jacqueline until the final stages.
“He put the wheels in motion because he believed their relationship was coming to an end and with Jacqueline owning their marital home, he needed to look after his future.
“It caused a blazing row between them and the trust, which was already fragmented, really suffered.” Around the same time of the reports of the secret Essex pad, Dan and Jacqueline were also reported to have separated.
The split was later confirmed in a statement, insisting they were “handling things separately”. However, in April 2025 the couple were spotted on holiday in Mexico, in what was called a “make or break” trip and the pair later reconciled.
