The singer and mum of one has addressed rumours that she is expecting her second child after speculation started to swirl following images of her in a tight catsuit
Jessie J has shut down “insane” rumours that she is pregnant. Speculation began after some fans thought they saw a baby bump in photos from her tour. However, the singer said that “women can have bellies and not be pregnant”.
The 37-year-old was snapped at her Las Vegas date of her No Secrets tour last week, dressed in a white lace jumpsuit. After the picture was released, Jessie received several messages asking whether she was pregnant.
Taking to Instagram, the mum of one, whose son, Sky, was born in 2023, said: “The amount of people messaging/ commenting, asking me if I’m pregnant. No. I am not.

“I just have a little belly since Sky, BUT I also decided to wear a skin-tight catsuit on the last day of my period/ovulation bloatation day.” She added that “women can have bellies and not be pregnant”.
“What an insane thought. It’s mad, right?” she finished. Jessie’s son, Sky, was born in May 202,3 and the singer announced she was pregnant with him just 13 months after revealing she had suffered a miscarriage.
She has been open about her fertility struggles over the years and previously said: “I always say this, pregnancy, birth, I never thought it would come to me, I was a big advocate and still am for infertility and child loss.
“For years and years and years, that’s what I spoke about, and now I’m on the other side, I feel a huge sense of guilt in some way because I know so many women and men are struggling.
“So when you do have a baby, you have to understand it’s the most relatable and conversational thing you can talk about with someone, but also the most unique experience, and you have to understand that it’s your experience and it’s not the same as someone else’s.”
She added: “You’re allowed to be sad, you’re allowed to be OK, you’re allowed to want to go back to work two weeks, six months, two years later, whatever it is that works for you, it really is such a personal experience.”
Her fertility struggle has not been the only medical issue Jessie has faced recently. Last year, the singer battled breast cancer. After she recovered, she reflected on 2025 and said: “I think this has been tough for a lot of people. It’s been the year of the snake (in Chinese zodiac), but we’ve done a lot of shedding and letting go.
“And I think the world needed to kind of be exposed a little bit, hopefully for 2026 to be a year of coming together and more empathy, acting on our instincts, more in the right way.”
She added: “I haven’t been well this year, I’ve got new boobs, big. We’re looking at the positive silver lining. My nipples are looking in different directions, but we look at the positives!”
