Their announcement of their baby’s arrival has left their fans speculating about the name of their child. Now, all eyes are on Hailee Steinfeld as the couple navigate the happiest phase of their life. 

Who is Josh Allen’s wife, Hailee Steinfeld?

Hailee is known as a famous Hollywood actress. However, she started off her Hollywood journey as a teenager. She made her presence felt alongside famous actors such as Jeff Bridges and Matt Damon in True Grit. Her performance even earned her an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Her journey took flight and she played supporting roles in films such as Pitch Perfect 2 and Ender’s Game.

Soon, Hailee took the centre stage by bagging the main lead in the films, Bumblebee and Sinners. She has even worked on television with shows such as Dickinson, Hawkeye and more. Apart from her acting flick, she has also performed in several musical videos. 

Apart from acting, Hailee has a passion for singing. Apart from being an actor, she makes sure to devote her time to her dream as a singer. Josh Aleen was in a long-term relationship with his ex-girlfriend, Brittany Williams. While many thought that the childhood friends would end up getting married, they quietly broke up in 2023. While many thought the breakup could impact Josh’s career, love knocked on his door again, and he fell in love with Hailee. The two were pictured together in May 2023 on a date in New York City, and reports started circulating about their relationship.

Despite the relationship being new, they found an instant connection and were extremely fond of each other. The same year, in July 2023, Josh officially announced his relationship with the singer. In 2024, Hailee and Josh shared their proposal photos on Instagram, hinting at their future plans of marriage. They made their red carpet debut as a couple in February 2025.

However, not many know that Hailee had thrown her phone in the ocean to host a ‘no phone’ wedding. The couple asked guests to put away their devices to ensure everyone was truly present during the ceremony. “We wanted everyone to come and just be in the moment,” Steinfeld explained in her Beau Society newsletter. “Looking back, it was the best decision we made.” Hailee even joked that she “threw her phone in the ocean” before the wedding weekend to enjoy the unplugged celebration. She penned:

“I metaphorically threw my phone in the ocean before our wedding weekend, and it was the best thing ever. 11/10 recommend being unplugged and present.”

After three months, Josh and Hailee hosted a grand wedding ceremony in Santa Barbara, California. The couple soon hopped on their pregnancy journey in late 2025 and welcomed their first child on April 2, 2026. Allen and Steinfeld announced their baby’s arrival on Steinfeld’s Beau Society newsletter. The couple revealed that their daughter has arrived. The note can be read as:
