Katie Price and Lee Andrews could be set to go under the knife at the same time, according to a source who claims the pair see the work as a way to make them a power couple
They say couples that play together stay together, but for Katie Price, it seems it’s the couple that nips and tucks together sticks together. Last week the former glamour model, 47, and her new husband Lee Andrews were pictured at the Mistraesthetics clinic in Dubai.
Katie appeared to have some tweakments although it isn’t clear if Lee did. While mum-of-five Katie didn’t specify exactly what they had splashed out on, aesthetician Max McNeil – who is believed to have carried out the work – posted a snap of himself with Katie and wrote, “Thank you for trusting me to carry out your treatments & I look forward to seeing you both again soon.”
According to a source, Lee, 43, is considering a whole raft of procedures in a bid to roll back the years – with Katie believing “his ’n’ hers” surgery could turn them into the perfect power couple. “Lee really doesn’t like looking older than his years, because no one believes he’s actually the age he says he is,” a source tells new. “So he’s looking at what he can have done – such as a hair transplant, a possible facelift, a neck lift and maybe getting his eyes done.”

And Katie, who is famous for her love of going under the knife, is said to be backing her fourth husband’s surgery plans every step of the way. “She thinks he looks great and doesn’t think he needs it, but she wants him to do whatever he wants to do,” claims our source.

And Katie – who flew back to the UK last Thursday without Lee – is very much in favour of having future work done alongside her new hubby, with our source saying the star thinks “couples’ surgery” could be a winning formula.
“Katie wants him to have surgery as it sort of normalises all that she has had done,” our source claims. “If her man is doing it with her, then there’s less scrutiny or concern on what she’s doing.
“And she loves being able to recover with them and show off the results together. It’s not that she gets them into it, it’s more that she says she can get it for free, so she’s like, ‘Look what being with me can get you.’”
Self-proclaimed businessman Lee recently addressed rumours that he’s already undergone numerous cosmetic procedures, including ear surgery and anti-wrinkle injections, saying, “My ears have been pinned back, yes, I got those done. I don’t get regular fillers, or vitamin injections in my face, no.”
He also admitted to one very recent tweakment, which he said was in honour of his new wife. “As Katie was coming [to Dubai], I did have a bit of Botox put in and it was quite recent, so it was still developing,” he confessed, although he denied reports he’d had a hair transplant, saying, “I haven’t been under any procedure.”
Lee wouldn’t be the first of Katie’s partners to undergo cosmetic enhancements. Her former fiancé Carl Woods, 37, was known to be a tweakment fan and was famously banned from plugging anti-wrinkle jabs on social media back in 2023.
And just last year Katie and her most recent ex, JJ Slater, 32, underwent a series of his ’n’ hers treatments in Turkey. While the Married At First Sight star had new veneers fitted as well as Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injected into his scalp, Katie had more facial surgery, later posing for snaps with bandages around her ears and tape by her eyes and nose.
First husband Peter Andre, 53, has also previously admitted to having “baby Botox” to keep wrinkles at bay. For Katie, our source says it’s all about her man projecting the right image.
“She likes nice teeth and wants a perfect looking boy,” claims our source. “She strives for perfection and wants them [as a couple] to look like a filtered Insta pic. Any surgery that looks like a filter is what they want.
“But with Lee, she finds him really sexy. She thinks the hair transplant will make him look a lot younger, though.”
Lee, who married Katie in January, just days after their first meeting, has come under fire for his heavily filtered social media posts. He has also hit back at claims about his height, blaming the camera for making him appear shorter than he is in reality.
Last week he attempted to set the record straight, posting, “Everyone’s different in real life aren’t they? Everyone’s smaller, bigger, they don’t realise. Someone thought I was five foot six, I’m not, I’m six foot one, 93KG.”
Katie, who was pictured cosying up to Lee, added, “You actually look better in life than you do on camera.” But Lee’s ex-fiancée, Alana Percival, launched a fresh attack last week, taking a pop at his repeated use of filters – and his receding hairline.
As well as claiming that “every picture he puts up is edited”, she ranted that “not even your f**king hair line wants to be with you”. She went on to brand him “the most insecure person I’ve ever met” and renewed her warning to Katie that “he will take everything from you so [that] you rely on him”.
Our source appears to back 32-year-old Alana’s claim that Lee is insecure about his appearance. Asked if Lee would be up for filming his surgery alongside Katie, they said, “Katie will definitely film herself, but Lee seems quite vain so he might not want to do it. But I think they’ll do it together if it’s just the hair.
“It is part of building a brand. She’s trying to recreate what she had with Peter and noone has been able to do that… but she thinks Lee might.”
