Katie Price has fiercely defended her fourth husband amid claims he’s a ‘conman’. The mum-of-five, 47, left her friends and family stunned last month when she announced she had married Lee Andrews, 42, who she’d only known for a week.
After news of the Dubai nuptials broke, a string of Lee’s exes popped up on social media, with one telling Katie to ‘run for the hills’. Meanwhile, others have accused Lee of being a ‘scam artist’ and a ‘cat fish’, particularly in the absence of any prenup between the newlyweds – however, the Pricey isn’t having any of it. Claiming she has seen proof of Lee’s impressive wealth, including a Dubai residency card and, incredibly, what appears to be proof of purchase for his new property worth an astonishing £36m – paid in cash- smitten Katie insists he’s the real deal.

Speaking to The Sun, who say the OnlyFans star has shown them copies of Lee’s documents, including his passport, she states: “I’m not stupid. I’ve learned now that I don’t need a man. I always used to need a man in my life whereas now I don’t need a man, I just want one.
“So yes, I can reassure everyone at home that I haven’t gone for a con man. I haven’t gone for a scammer. There was no love bombing.”

It comes after one of Lee’s exes sent the star an urgent warning – begging her to “run”. Fitness guru, Alana Percival, claims the businessman proposed to her in exactly the same way as he did with Katie just four months earlier.
Taking to social media, posing on a beach, Alana wrote: “Catching flights not fiancés – lucky escape. Somebody with your ex right now thinking they found The One,” while tagging Katie in the post. Alana added: “More to come today’s news is just a warm up.”
“You guys wanted to know what he is all about? Well let me start to tell you.” She then concluded with the hashtag ‘Run for the hills’. Alana then followed up with an Instagram post as she slammed Lee for his behaviour during their brief relationship.
She claimed: “This man had me shrinking myself, making me not want to speak up. Telling me not to speak to my friends about how he acted because they all told me to leave him.
“He even ruined some of my friendships, pulled me away from people I love by protecting him.”
Lee refuted all the claims while Katie – who has just got her husband’s name tattooed on her finger – lashed out at Alana, accusing her of being jealous. However, the star’s friends and family are in bits over Katie’s latest news, with her sister Sophie said to be shaken by proceedings as her headstrong sibling carries on regardless.
