Kelly Brook has peeled back the covers of her sex life with husband Jeremy Parisi as she encourages other long-term couples to spice up their romantic lives ahead of Valentine’s Day

Kelly Brook has shared a huge confession about her marriage to Jeremy Parisi. The 46-year-old model and her 40-year-old French-Italian model and actor husband first got together back in 2015.

They went on to tie the knot in 2022 – and she admits they are still as enamoured with each other as they were when they first met. In a new interview, Kelly admitted that she and Jeremy have a very active sex life – but noted that it does require planning.

Sharing her experiences in order to inspire other long-term couples to inject more romance into their lives as Valentine’s Day approaches, the former Britain’s Got Talent judge suggested trips away to keep the love alive. And, in an eye-opening insight into her intimate life, Kelly declared that she and her husband can’t keep their hands off each other when they are on holiday together.

She told The Sun: “We still fancy each other. I think that’s important. We are still romantic. Not sickly, but we really like each other and spending time together.” She went on to explain that they have a strict rule about having sex at least once per week.

She said: “I do think that a week is a long time to go without sex with a partner. After a week, one of you has to instigate it. If no one’s instigating it, that’s weird. When we’re on holiday, we’re at it every day, but at home it gets a lot more difficult to maintain that. Sometimes, the dog sleeps in the bed and it makes it feel like we are housemates.”

However, the model did confess that she and Jeremy do have slumps like all other couples. She revealed: “It’s hard to keep it sexy all the time. We are definitely not at it every day at home. I work every day on the radio, and sometimes you just can’t be bothered. We really focus on going on holiday and having weekends away to get that time together. But with relationships, it’s not all about sex. It’s about intimacy, so it’s sometimes just about cuddles and doing nice things for each other.”

Last year, the couple were tested as Kelly was a contestant on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! meaning that she and Jeremy were separated as he was not taking part in the reality show popularity contest. Left to watch his wife on screen, Jeremy confessed he was feeling love-sick without her in his life every day.

He told the Daily Mail last November: “I have been in the supermarkets and naturally went to buy Kelly’s favourite things, as I cook her breakfast every day. But I quickly realised she’s not here, which is sad. I feel like a lovesick puppy.”

He explained: “We always make sure to start every day having breakfast together, it’s quality time we cherish before getting on with our day. I love to make her granola, fruit, yoghurt with some honey on top.” He then went on to share his pride at watching his wife take part in the ITV reality show.

He gushed: “Kelly looks fantastic on screen. I don’t know anyone else who could look that glamorous jumping out of a helicopter. She is so beautiful inside and out, and I’m really proud of her. This has been the longest time we’ve ever been apart, so I can’t wait until we get to see each other again.”

Fans of reality TV were given something of a front row seat to Kelly and Jeremy’s relationship in 2024 when they were contestants on the BBC reality show Race Across The World. Before appearing on screens, the couple opened up to the Radio Times about their experience on the show – and how it brought them closer together.

Kelly revealed: “The suggestion (to take part) came from my agent. Jeremy and I binge-watched every series over a weekend. I didn’t think I could sit on a train for eight hours without my phone. But we’d just got married and hadn’t had a honeymoon, so the timing was right.

“It was something we could do together, completely out of our comfort zone. Jeremy, who was born in Italy and grew up in France, is brilliant at languages. (And) I was confident enough to be a bit more open about who I am. For the last few weeks, I wore a really unflattering but very comfy jumpsuit.

“Equally, if I wanted an upgrade on an overnight bus, it wasn’t about being a diva, it was about being comfortable! I just felt sorry for Jeremy, because he’s very competitive and didn’t want to spend money. Lots of friends joked about our marriage surviving this kind of test, but we’ve been together for ten years and know each other’s strengths and weaknesses. He was always going to be the calculator, while I was the compass.”

And Jeremy explained: “We’d done so much travelling together, but nothing this special, and we’re a good team. The highlight for me was discovering new cultures. And I’m less shy now. I spoke to so many people during the race that as soon as we got home, I started chatting to people in the street. I’m less grumpy. Less French.”
