I’m A Celebrity star Kelly Brook enjoyed an emotional reunion and romantic beach getaway with husband Jeremy Parisi in Byron Bay after her elimination from the ITV jungle show
Kelly Brook has confidently posed in her bikini as her husband treated her to a belated birthday gift.
The star was overcome with emotion as she reunited with her husband Jeremy Parisi following her departure from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
The presenter, 46, lasted 18 days in the jungle and became the fourth star to leave the camp earlier this week. Standing on the famous bridge, the Heart Radio host couldn’t hold back tears when she spotted Jeremy waiting. The Italian model, who had flown into Australia just days earlier, swept her into a tight hug before the pair shared a passionate kiss.
Since her exit, the couple have been making the most of their time on Australia’s east coast. Kelly posted a short Instagram clip showing the pair embracing at a Byron Bay lookout as the sun dipped behind them. The couple were clearly thrilled to be back together as Kelly couldn’t stop kissing her husband.
Kelly was seen posing in a gorgeous black and white polka dot bikini as they enjoyed a beach trip, in photos that are sure to delight fans. The outing was to mark Kelly’s belated birthday, which she actually celebrated in the I’m A Celeb jungle.
Writing in the caption alongside the stunning shares, Kelly gushed: “Birthday Suit Thanks @jeremyparisi for the beautiful surprise trip to Byron!! Just what I needed, couldn’t be happier”.
Jeremy later joked about fans eager to see his wife back in her beachwear, telling The Sun: “I know lots of people have been wanting to see Kelly in her swimwear, which is funny to me as she’s my wife. But she never disappoints — she looks stunning. I’m a very lucky man to be married to one of the most beautiful women in the world.”
Back at their hotel on the Gold Coast, Kelly revealed the pair had found themselves in an unexpectedly awkward setup, with Vogue Williams and Jeremy’s sister staying in the rooms either side of them. Laughing as she arrived back from camp, she said she might have to hand out earplugs.
“We are sandwiched between Vogue [Williams] and my husband’s sister. So we’ll just have to be extra quiet. I’ll drop some earplugs into both,” she said. Speaking to the Mirror, she said it was the “best feeling in the world ” to see Jeremy at the end of that bridge.
The star admitted the separation had been tougher than she expected, revealing she and Jeremy hadn’t spent longer than a day apart in more than a decade. “We’ve never spent probably more than a day apart in 10 years…..this was the longest time,” she says. “It was really difficult, but I’m really proud that I was able to go as long as I did, and I didn’t have a meltdown or anything.” She said that Jeremy had romantically recorded her “voice notes every day” which he had left on her phone.
“I’m going home to a million voice notes to listen to. And I had lots of pictures of my dog Teddy too,” she said. Kelly had a picture of Teddy and Jeremy to comfort her. But she says there were some days when she just had to hide it away.
“The hardest thing, other than hunger, was just missing my husband and my dog. I’d have days I’d want to take the picture down. And then there were days I was thinking, ‘do I want fish and chips or do I want to see Jeremy?’ There were so many mind games going on. It’s just bizarre.”
On Tuesday night’s episode, Kelly shocked the camp by admitting her, Ginge and Aitch had failed to distribute all the sweets they won. She said telling her campmate about the trio’s deception was a masterplan to put the “cat among the pigeons”. She admitted that she was “saving it up” for when she left and said that the camp needed to know that there was some “gameplay” going on.
Kelly also broke her silence on dropping a bombshell about the milkbottles as she left camp – insisting: “I do not feel guilty one bit!”
“I kind of secretly had a hunch that maybe I’d leave before Aitch and Ginge, so it was just kind of my little trump card as I left,” she said. And she said she has no regrets about eating sweets in the first place – after campmates such as Shona McGarty kept the contraband butter to herself.
